Maria Loayssa, of Spanish origin, descendant of the counts of Lambrate, wife by second marriage to Count Cesare Monti Melzi, died on 30 December 1781; three days before she drew up the will in which she named the Marquis Giuseppe Viani, feudal lord of the village of Besozzo as the universal heir of his property, but with a legacy totaling 100,000 lire, including movable and immovable property, in favour of the Ospedale Maggiore.
