Portrait of Maria Rosa Carolina Bossi

Maria Rosa Carolina Bossi, owner with a husband of a shop selling monopolied articles, benefactor while living of the Ospedale Maggiore, names it heir on her death, with a will on January 4, 1877. The portrait is executed in life by Francesco Colombi Borde, a painter from Cremona, a good portraitist, as this work shows, but also the author of beautiful landscapes in the Po valley.
