Natalina Pizzamiglio (1846-1928) married Francesco Zanni, at just 16-years of age. Having no children, the two look after their nephews, especially one who has grown up with them from the age of eighteen months and tragically dies, hit by a tram, at the age of seventeen. In her will Natalina Pizzamiglio, now a widow, bequeaths to the Maggiore Hospital the building in which she lives with her sister Benvenuta, for whom she asks for the usufruct, a stable whose value is around 800,000 lire.
