"Plan miasta Wrocławia z wykazem alfabetycznym ulic, placów i mostów, urzedów i instytucji publicznych, sieci komunikacji miejskiej" (eng. a city map of Wrocław with an alphabetical list of streets, squares and bridges, offices and public institutions, public transport networks) is a plan of the city published in post-war Wrocław, taking into account the Polonization of its toponomastics. The list of names of streets, estates and districts is consistent with the first version of the Polish post-war nomenclature, adjusted in later years according to the guidelines from historians and linguists. Scale 1 : 27 000. It is a folding map bound together with a paper cover and a brochure (16 pages) containing a list of names of streets, squares, public institutions, etc. The title page of the cover is stamped “Księgarnia / Michał Bokajło / Wrocław / ul. Szewska 2: obok Rynku [next to the Market Square]”.
