Postcard showing the Power and Light Building, an art deco styled skyscraper in Kansas City, Mo. It was built by Kansas City Power and Light as a way to expand jobs downtown, in 1931. The building was the tallest west the Mississippi River after it's completion until the Space Needle was finished in 1962.
