Pro-suffrage propaganda postcard published by the Artists' Suffrage League. The postcard highlights the inequality between the rights of a mother and a father regarding the vaccination of children. The Vaccination Exemption Act of 1907 gave fathers the right to object to their children being vaccinated against smallpox. Mothers did not have the right to object.
