Poster produced for 'Sita Swayamvar', the Hindi-dubbed version of the Telugu epic film, 'Sita Kalyanam', released on 8th October 1976. Directed by Bapu, who also won the Filmfare Best Director Award (Telugu) in 1976 for it, this film starred Jaya Prada as Sita and Ravikumar as Rama/Vishnu. By proclaiming "Sita ke roop mein Jaya Prada" (trans. In the form of Sita, Jaya Prada), the poster alludes to Jayaprada's growing star power.
