Preparing wooden blocks to create a replica

Creating a woodcarving replica of any structure requires preparing diiferent blocks of wood, that will together form a model. To do that, each block of wood is measured and marked according to the structure being created. After marking them, the artisan removes the extra wood with a chisel and hammer, or a saw, as per the requirement, to give the block a shape similar to that of the structure.
