Beside the wall of the steps, lower left, a basket of eggs and a seated woman, only partially shown. The raised arm of a man is visibl behind the figures of Mary. At lower right a coat of arms, rampant lion, on an escutcheon, followed by six line dedication signed: "J.B. Jackson."
