Original Caption: Before the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, President Franklin D. Roosevelt paid homage to Nation's dead. The President is on the arm of Brig. Gen. Edwin A. Watson, Presidential Aide. On the President's right is Capt. Daniel Callaghan, Naval Aide. Directly behind the president is his bodyguard Thomas Qualters, and behind him is Acting Secretary of Navy Charles Edison. Master Sgt.
