Flag of the President of the United States. A blue flag with the Presidential Seal painted in the center, with rope on the right edge with a ring and clip. Made by the Signal Force of the heavy cruiser U.S.S. Baltimore. The flag was used during FDR's trip to the Hawaiian Islands and Alaska in July-August 1944. Presented to FDR by the U.S.S. Baltimore.
