Presidential staff of office.

Left: staff of office, symbol of argentinian president. It was made for Dr. Cristina Fernández de Kirchner. Made in silver and gold, with “urunday” wood rod.The handle and tip have been chiseled under “martelé” technique. They have two borders in which thistles have been chiseled (one for each argentinian province). The three buds represent the Malvinas Islands. In the front, there is the national shield, made of gold and enamel.Three million people participated to make it.

The rod is made of incense wood and the handle and tip are bordered with thistles, (one for each argentinian province). The three buds represent the Malvinas Islands
