Priests and Devotees at Govindaji Temple

Holi, the ancient Indian Festival of Colours is celebrated across the country in a variety of ways. The Spring festival of Yaoshang in Manipur begins after sunset in villages with the Yaoshang Mei thaba. A number of traditional rituals and religious ceremonies are performed at the famous Govindaji Temple in Imphal. Priests and devotees mingle in the temple halls and play Holi.
