Representation of the dogma of the Immaculate Conception. In the upper part we can see the Virgin holding the staff and the dove, symbol of the Holy Spirit. It is sustained by the tree of good and evil from which the serpent that surrounds Adam and Eve stands out. The allegory points out that the Virgin is above the original sin.
