Proclamation of the Irish Republic

Copies of this Proclamation were posted all over Dublin. Seán T. O'Kelly, who worked at the National Library of Ireland, 1898-1902, and who went on to be President of Ireland, 1945-59, was responsible for distributing copies of the Proclamation.
