The Manifiesto a la Nación del Partido Liberal Mexicano was published in the newspaper Regeneración, on July 1, 1906, where the programmatic and ideological project of said organization outlined the political and social demands in 52 points, divided into nine sections that are not another thing but the general bases for the implementation of a democratic government.
