Proposed stadium over the Monongahela River, presented by NADCO Engineering Company, c. 1958-1963. The structure was to have a capacity of 70,000 and to feature gardens, restaurants, a 600-room hotel, and parking for 4,500 vehicles. The concept was originated by Eric M. Sirko, a businessman from the Brentwood neighborhood of Pittsburgh.
