Black and white photograph of a woman, identified as Betty Buzzard, standing to the right of the "Washington and Lafayette" diorama, in situ in the Interior Museum. She is in left profile, peering into the scene. She is wearing a heavy coat with a fur ruff and a dark hat. Her proper left hand rests on the lower edge of the diorama case. The photograph was taken for publicity purposes and was one of several released to the press in advance of the museum's opening in March 1938.
