Many American toy manufacturers offered fire-fighting vehicles made of cast iron. The Dent Hardware Company, of Fullerton, PA, the Hubley company in Lancaster, PA, and the Kenton Lock Manufacturing Co., Kenton, OH, were among the well-known fire-truck producers.
