Puntadewa is the nickname of Yudhisthira which is one of the protagonists in the epic Mahabharata. He is the oldest of the five Pandavas. In the tradition of puppetry, Yudhisthira was given the title "Prabu", while the kingdom is called the Kingdom of Amarta.
