Purchasing Section: opening of submitted bids

On 21 April, M.T. Lefevre, the Belgian Ministre d'Etat pour la Politique et Programmation Scientifiques, visited CERN accompanied by other Belgian representatives including M. P. Levaux the delegate to the Council. They were welcomed by the CERN Directors General and by Professor L. Van Hove (seen in the photograph 366) during his introductory talk. The Minister has Professor Jentschke on his left.
