Purple Flowers

Zipporah is one of the women supported by Carakana Program and here she shares her story: GRATEFUL
" My name is Zipporah, I am a 49-year-old separated mother of one. I joined the cross stitch project in 2018 and I worked on this purple flower pattern. Through my earnings in the Carakana program, I pay university fees for my child from behind bars, something I never thought would have been possible. This project has enabled me to take care of my needs as well because my family does not come to visit me as they are all in Meru County. I am very thankful to Carakana for reaching out to women in my circumstances and may they be abundantly blessed."
