This robe with a crew neck, a vertical placket and short broad sleeves adopted magenta satin for outer fabric and plain moonlight silk twill for its lining. Its neckline and placket are decorated with mineral blue butterflies, flowers and floral stripes. There are eight embroidered dragons in color on the main body of the robe, including four full-face dragons with one on chest, one on back, one on front shoulder and one on back shoulder, as well as four flying dragons on the lower half of front panel, flying around motifs of phoenix, clouds, flowers, eight auspicious treasures embroidered via seed stitches in colorful threads. The lower half of this garment is ornamented with patterns of seamounts and waves, signifying fortune and longevity, coupled with ten floral medallions embroidered with seed stitches, five on the front and five on the back.
