Radicalesbians participate in the Candlelight march on City Hall. Originally known as the Lavendar Menace, Radicalesbians was a short-lived group known for their manifesto, "The Woman-Identified Woman." The group formed out of a discontent with the Gay Liberation Front's focus on gay men over gay women, and frequently worked within feminist organizations to promote their cause.
