The historical first live broadcast from an express train travelling from Cheb to Prague took place as part of the Good Morning program. It was the brainchild of the then music editor Jiří Dohnal, who wanted to combine the possibilities provided by radio with the unprecedented popularity of the Czech railway. The project was subsequently replicated on other train lines. In 2000, the radio aired a live broadcast of the christening of the train called Mayor Zenkl in České Budějovice.
