Board game, "Wallis's Locomotive Game of Railroad Adventures" - a new round game, with instruction booklet, by Edward Wallis, 42 Skinner Street, London.
This game is possibly the first railway themed board game and was published around 1842. It was created by Edward Wallis, a prolific board game publisher in the early 19th century.
Each of the squares depicts a scene from the railways. Some examples are the terminus at Euston Square (space 2) and a train trapped in a snow drift (space 34).
