Rainbows and puddles

Published in A la cargada calaveras [“Get on the bandwagon, calaveras”] On the title page of the publication there is a group of calaveras running towards another calavera who is holding up a bone. In the lower part we see a flooded town, in the middle ground a politician addressing the people, and in the foreground two calaveras wearing diving suits and one calavera trying to climb over the wall using a wooden pole.
