Consisting of tar-covered square surfaces, these three works by Nevin Aladağ are remnants of a performance the artist carried out along with women who expressed themselves with their very own dance style. The women dance to the pop music they listen to through headphones on top of these surfaces which serve as small dance floors. The surfaces are marked by the heels of their shoes, adding a material dimension to the action through the traces of dance and music. The video bearing the same title with the performance records this action that took place on the roof of a building.
