Ingredients :crab paste 100g, baguette 50g
Seasoning :molecular yellow peach caviar 30g

Method :
1. Place crab paste in mold and freeze for 50 minutes.
2. Toast baguette and break into crumbs.
3. Combine frozen crab paste and bread crumbs, plate
and top with yellow peach caviar.
