A multi-generational group of Japanese Americans from the Little Tokyo Peoples Rights Organization (LTPRO) and the National Coalition for Redress & Reparations (NCRR) commemorate the signing of Executive Order 9066 by marching through the recently-opened Japanese Village Plaza. Executive Order 9066 led to the mass evacuation and incarceration of Japanese Americans during World War II.
