Regulation Bicycle

Gimson bicycle, specially manufactured by Gimbernat Hermanos and used by the Cycling Section of the Civil Guard, which was established by Royal Order dated June 4, 1914. A year after the section was created, it was recommended that it be disbanded due to the high cost of tire punctures. However, these bikes continued to be used at posts for several more years.
