Republican-China Ivory-handle Eagle-feather Fan

This eagle-feather fan is decorated with openwork carved floral patterns at the end of its ivory handle. Vulnerable to damages by worms, eagle-feather fans are difficult to preserve. That’s why the existing fans with eagle feathers even if from the Republican China (1912-1949 AD) period are quite precious.
