The Elbow Reef Lighthouse is the last remaining hand-operated, kerosene-powered lighthouse in the world. This AFCP project involved the restoration of the tower and lantern which were damaged during Hurricane Dorian in September 2019. This image features a commencement ceremony to start the project.
