This chapel is dedicated to the church's patron saint whose retable is situated on the site - according to tradition - of the chancel of the original chapel and shrine of St. Roch. At the beginning of the 18th century, the original retable of the 16th century was in a bad state of conservation, so the Brotherhood ordered the creation of a new one whose gilding was completed in 1707. The central niche houses a statue in gilt and polychrome wood of Saint Roch. This piece is flanked by two others: St. James the Greater (left) and St. Sebastian (right). Above the altar there are six statuettes of the four evangelists and Saints Peter and Paul, in silvered wood. On the top, the rectangular oil painting represents the death of St. Roch in prison, that is attributed to Gaspar Dias.
