A bronze platform and a golden engraved column are part of the monument, rising from the water. A small boat with a large white sail is visible close to the platform. The size of the platform, which is half the size of the sail, gives away the hugeness of the monument. The silhouette of a man is visible on the boat - he is here to praise the Rex - the Ruler. The person's smallness shows the grandiocity of the sculpture.
