Rhee Insook

“My work is based on plaster casting. To collect daily memories, I collect meaningful objects and produce molds to create forms containing feelings. I save up the molds as if I am securing resources for my archives. In this project, I recycled a toilet bowl and a washbasin discarded due to minor defects. The keyword is “artificial forest.” The story is created by attaching plaster pieces depicting images of animals, nature, and life around the toilet bowl.”
