Richmond Region: The Official Visitor Guide Magazine Cover

The 2015 UCI Road World Championships is scheduled to take place in Richmond during September 19–27, 2015. It will be the 82nd Road World Championships.
All races will finish downtown Richmond on Broad Street. Each lap of the 10-mile road circuit will contain a number of short, challenging climbs. The course contains about 400 feet of climbing and includes riding over historic granite cobble stones.

The race course was used in competition during the national collegiate championships held in Richmond during May 2–4, 2014.
