Rick Henry Lamaroo

Geelong timber merchant and Torquay surfer Rick Henry was known as "The Reef Runner" for his habit of riding waves between and over the rocks at Haystacks off Torquay Point. The plywood Lamaroo (bodyboard) carries a geometric blue and crimson design along with his initial CLRH. Rick's son in law Rod Brooks became a multiple Victorian surfing champion and renowned contest organiser/surfing administrator.
