Tom Mboya is a Kenyan artist whose work addresses themes ranging from the social lives of people, to the beauty of animals and nature. Having started his professional life as a hotelier, Tom found his way to the visual arts, specifically to painting. Having joined The GoDown Arts Centre in 2008, Tom nurtured his artistic style which includes expressionism as well as impressionism in various mediums. He has shown his work in numerous exhibitions around Kenya, including successful events at the National Museums of Kenya
