Introduced in 2011, Figit Friends are similar to Furbys, but without the fur. The Figit interactive robitic toys are aimed at girls, and they come in four distinctive personalites. Willa is the trendsetter, and she comes to life when her new BFF squeezes her tummy, pokes her sides, or recites one of the 30 commands she responds to. Willa, like the other Figits, also dances to music: as music plays, she discerns the beat and moves in tune with it. She has 150 built-in phrases, jokes, and responses, and with this variety, keeps kids entertained for a long time.
