Roger de Llúria building, 1888 (Saturnino Rueda). Renovated in 2000 by MBM Arquitectes (Josep Maria Martorell, Oriol Bohigas and David Mackay). It won the 2001 Ciutat de Barcelona Prize in the architecture and town planning category and was a finalist in the 44th edition of the ADI-FAD awards for architecture and interior design.
