Roman epigraph from the 1st century B.C. commemorating the participation and financing provided by a number of citizens for building a harbour structure in Cartagena. It is a parallelepiped block of grey limestone, with a rough-hewn surface made with a pointer, except for the main face, with the text in Latin, which has a polished surface.
