Here is a bronze statue of Etruscan wolf suckling 2 children, Romulus and Remus. The statue is mounted on a yellow marble base with a band of brass on the base inscribed with letters "SPQR" meaning Senatus Popusque Romanus in Latin (The Senate and the People of Rome). The statue was a gift from the people of Rome to Mrs. Wilson in 1919.
