Eustache-Hyacinthe Langlois (1777-1837) was a French painter, draftsman, engraver and writer.

Belgian born Redouté (1759-1840) achieved success as a painter working for the French royal family. From 1798 he was appointed to paint the flowers of Château de Malmaison by Josephine Bonaparte. His most famous published works include 'Les Liliacées' and 'Les Roses'.
