George Cooke (1781-1834) was an English line engraver.

Nikolaus Joseph von Jacquin (1727-1817) was a Dutch Botanist. In 1768, he was appointed Professor of Botany and Chemistry of the University of Vienna and became director of the university's botanical gardens.
