Rounding Up Those Little Doggies

Polychrome ceramic round platform with two figures and five dogs, writing on side of platform. 2 male standing figures, 5 dogs on a cream colored round pedestal, dogs are mostly spotted (3), one black, one brown spotted dog is surrounded by the other four. On side of pedestal printed in black: “Rounding up those little doggies when my cousin’s dog was in heat, she was very popular. Using her as bait, we’d round up 10-15 dogs at a time, pretending we were cattle drivers. Being so young we never knew why she was so popular of why she would always have puppies a short time after the round-up.”
