This head covering is created out of two pieces of red velvet fabric which have a rounded top and a triangular shape hanging down the sides. On top of the velvet fabric star, square, woven, and looped motifs were added with two different shades of 1/16 and 1/8 inch wide metal braids and metal sequins. The sequins were hand made from metal wires and hammered flat. There are four metal tassels, of two colors hanging from each side of the head covering. In the center of each velvet fabric is a half sphere wrapped in metal, out of which explodes a knot of frayed metal edges.
