Royal warrant of appointment to Juan de Mijares

Decree appointing Juan de Mijares as the master builder of the Exchange House. This document is a booklet that records the agreements that the Merchant Guild made in order to operate. It also includes notes relating to the work done to the Exchange House and the people who were involved. We can see that Juan de Minjares was summoned on February 19, 1584, along with other professionals, to receive their work instructions.
