RPPN Bulcão Farm reforested

In the year of its foundation in 1998, Instituto Terra took on the responsibility to recover 608,69 hectares of Atlantic Forest in the Private Reserve of Natural Heritage Bulcão Farm in Aimorés, Minas Gerais. Currently, the total farm size is of 709,84 hectares. Since the first plantation in 1999, more than 2.5 million tree seedlings have been planted in what is today a forest that houses around 297 tree and shrub species from Atlantic Forest origin.
