Runa created ‘Friendship’ her own NGO, in Bangladesh. Constantly confronted with children growing up without hope for their future, a deep anger arose in her and she got into action. With this NGO, she has taken on the responsibility to empower people to reach their full potential and live as equals with dignity and hope.
